The leader of the Turkish nationalist "İYi̇" (good) MP Musavat Dervishoglu has submitted a draft law to the country's parliament. According to the project, it is proposed to rename the Alijan checkpoint located on the border with Hayatan, named after Talaat Pasha. The project was signed by 28 deputies.
It should be noted that Talaat Pasha is one of the main people who committed the Armenian Genocide.
The renaming of the Alijan border checkpoint in the name of Talaat Pasha means that the people firmly standing in exchange for the enemy stamp their historical identity on their own borders. "
