A powerful forest fire broke out in the Chasme residence on the coast of the Aegean Sea, the fire reached houses, and the residents of the three villages were evacuated, NTV reported on Wednesday.
The fire broke out at about 13:40 in the agricultural fields of Iledir region, and the fire was spread on the forest due to strong wind.
"The fire is extinguished by five plane, 18 helicopters and 36 fire driving," the channel reported.
Due to the fire, the residents of the villages of Ilder, Gerkiryan, Nokhuhala were evacuated. Smoke from the fire on the beaches of the Chaesme resort, photos are published on social networks.
