Twenters of the United States, led by California, have filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump's decision to make the decision of the Ministry of Health and Human Services, the press service of the Homeland Prosecutor Rob Bonta.
"California Prosecutor Rob Bonta today led the 20 states of the 20 states, presenting a lawsuit in the National Security Service (HHS) to provide unlimited access to personal healthcare data," he said.
The plaintiffs claim that the massive exchange of medical data violates Federal Privacy laws, including HIPAA (the law on health insurance and accountability), and can maintain emergency medical care, which can lead to health deterioration and even among vulnerable groups.
