The Chinese Embassy in Tehran calls on its citizens to refrain from leaving for Iran yet, as security risks in the region are still high.
"Israel and Iran have recently agree with the ceasefire, but the situation in the region remains very uncertain, and the security situation in Iran remains serious and complicated.
The Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reminded Chinese citizens to refrain from visiting Iran yet, "the diplomatic mission said on Wednesday.
The embassy advised Chinese citizens in the region to take good care of their security, ready to be free of charge and avoid visiting "sensitive zones".
At the same time, it is emphasized that if Chinese citizens, however, claim to leave Iran, they should be aware that "they can face extremely high security risks."
