German Foreign Minister Johann Vadeful has arrived in Kiev on an unannounced visit. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany stated this.
According to him, as soon as he arrived, Wadephul assured that the German authorities will continue to "fully focus on Ukraine", including "modern air defense systems and other weapons, humanitarian and economic assistance."
"This is the promise that I visit Kiev today," he said. At the same time, Vadephul insisted that Germany, along with its partners in the EU and G7, will continue to work against new sanctions against Russia.
According to DPA agency, the Minister is accompanied by representatives of the German defense industry.
