Donald Trump, the US presidential candidate from the Republican party, said that he started to like Joe Biden, the current head of the US administration, after the latter left the election race.

"You know, I didn't like Biden before, but now I like him a lot," Trump said at the Al Smith charity dinner in New York. "He was a much better presidential candidate than she [U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris]."

Trump added that he "can't stand" Harris now. "I have never liked the people I compete with," said the politician.
