According to the justification, the border community of Chambarak does not have a culture center, which will initially serve as a teaching center for national musical instruments, later expanding its activities, multi-content cultural events will be held. The cultural center will be financed from the municipal budget, which will solve the organization of children's extracurricular education, as well as create additional jobs.

The community plans to make an investment of 15 million drams for current repairs and maintenance of the property and an investment of 90 million drams to ensure the current activities of the cultural center within 5 years after receiving the donation of the property.
