A film is being made about the former head coach of Yerevan "Ararat", the legendary Nikita Simonyan. AP Cinema and Start online cinema have started work on the film about the best scorer in the history of "Spartak" Moscow. This is reported by tnzvezdy.ru.

The film is shot in Armenia and received the name "Golden Double".

In 1973, "Ararat" led by Nikita Simonyan won a "golden double", becoming the champion and cup holder of the USSR. In the film, the legendary football player is played by Yegor Beroev, and the director is Mher Mkrtchyan. On October 12, Nikita Simonyan turned 98 years old.
