"In the end, the Police Department decided to see Armen Khachatryan, deputy of the Police Department, former deputy head of the RA Traffic Police, as the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. As for how they came to that conclusion, the government sources tell remarkable details. They say that Armen Khachatryan, the other deputy of the triad union of CP MPs Arpi Davoyan and Andranik Kocharyan, waged a "relentless" fight. The latter said that if it's not Arpi, then I can run. Ando Kocharyan, according to the same sources, was not against it, even if Simonyan Allen's candidate did not pass." More details in today's issue of the newspaper.
