The UK authorities decided to freeze the Wardrob dialogue with Georgia at ministerial level and cancel negotiations between the defense headquarters of the two countries due to the actions of the Georgian authorities. This was announced by the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Georgia Garrett Ward.
“For the above reasons (actions of the Georgian authorities - TASS note), for the first time in 10 years, we, the British side, have decided to freeze the annual Wardrobe high-level dialogue between ministers. This has happened for the first time since the establishment of the dialogue format. We have also canceled the planned high-level negotiations between defense headquarters and suspended the new cybersecurity program,” Ward said in an interview with the Georgian news agency Interpressnews.
