The Communist Party Candidate Vardan Ghukasyan was elected mayor of Gyumri with 18 votes in favor. It should be reminded that the "Civil Agreement" does not participate in the first session of the newly elected Council of Gyumri.
Candidate Candidate Sarik Minasyan called on the early elections.
It should be reminded that as a result of the elections, the "Civil Agreement" was received by the Communist Party of Armenia, 8 mandates, the "Our City" party's party, 3 seats, 3 mandates, "Mother Armenia" party bloc and 2 seats.
