The Anti-Corruption Court has adopted another lawsuit on the confiscation of the Prosecutor General's Office and the confiscation of property of illegal origin.
The Department of Court of Appeals of the Prosecutor General's Court of Appeals has claimed confiscated from the Court of Court of Appeals from the Civil and Administration of the Prosecutor's Office in favor of the Republic of Armenia. In 1994-2023, it was transferred to the conscientious acquisition or to identify and confiscate, based on the enforcement of Part 4 of Article 20 of the RA Law on Property of Illegal Property.
