EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaya Callas said that the signing of the agreement on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine is impossible without the participation of Brussels and Kyu. This was reported by ERR.
"Any agreement has been signed, so to speak, through our heads, in Ukraine or Europe. Kallas also linked the need for the EU to participate in the EU's participation in the "combined economic force" of the Allies of the Community and Kiev, which, according to his assessment, "multiple bigger than Russia".
"We have this power. We also need willingness, because in this situation Ukraine is very important for our collective security. There is that readiness, and it must be provided with actions, "he added.
