US Vice President J.D. Vance expects the talks on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict to lead to a shocking deal.

"I think this will be a deal that will shock a lot of people," he told The Wall Street Journal.

"Everything is on the agenda, let's negotiate," Vance said.
