A suicide bomber detonated a bomb in front of the Afghan Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, killing one person and wounding three others.

Abdul Matin Khan, a spokesman for the Ministry of Interior in the Taliban government, told TOLO News that the bomber tried to enter the building but was stopped by security forces.

Mohammad Kamal Afghan, a spokesman for the Afghan Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, confirmed the blast, saying it occurred after “the bomber was killed by security forces at the gate.”
