Musk: The US should not interfere in the affairs of other countries

Elon Musk, head of the US Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), believes that the United States should refrain from interfering in the affairs of other countries and focus on its own internal problems. He stated this at the World Government Summit in Dubai.

I think that we, in general, should leave other countries to their own devices. America should mind its own business and not engage in widespread regime change, Musk said.

He noted that the country now needs to reduce government spending to ensure long-term economic growth. In his opinion, this can be achieved, among other things, by reducing the US budget deficit from $ 2 trillion to $ 1 trillion by abandoning inefficient spending.

In this regard, Elon Musk criticized the funding of programs of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and other agencies implementing programs abroad.
He added that in his opinion, there are many government structures in the United States that should not exist and waste American taxpayers' money.
