As stated in the published document, “As of February 10, 2025, an individual applying for citizenship who previously entered the country without the required valid entry permit or electronic travel authorization will be refused citizenship.”
Previously, illegal immigrants were entitled to apply for citizenship after 10 years of residence in the kingdom.
