A plane disappeared in Alaska, in which nine passengers and pilots were nine, local authorities reported.
"We are responding to the extinction of the missing bering plane, in which ten people were on Cessna Caravan, which headed to Nomel from the Ularakleet," the Nom's volunteer firefighter on the southern coast of the Sevard Peninsula.
There are active searches on the plane, but the possibility of searching from air is limited due to weather and visibility.
The National Guard, coastal protection and the army are involved in the search and rescue. C-130 coastal protection plan has arrived in Nom's area, specialized equipment to help find people under low visibility.
