A delegation from Armenia is sent to the Netherlands

Prime Minister Pashinyan has signed a decision.

"Guided by Article 7, Part 5 of the Law "On the Structure and Activities of the Government", based on the decisions of the Government No. 2335 dated December 29, 2005 and the Prime Minister's Decision No. 1230 dated September 19, 2018:

1. Representative for international legal affairs Yeghishe Kirakosyan, Head of the Department of Protection of Interests of the Republic of Armenia in International Arbitrations and Foreign Courts of the Prime Minister's Office Kristine Khanazadyan and Chief Specialist Parandzem Mikayelyan on a business trip to the Kingdom of the Netherlands (The Hague) on January 18-23, 2025 inclusive: Amulsar Investor Ventures LLC v . the Republic of Armenia PCA Case No. 2023-66 in order to present the position of the Republic of Armenia and defend its interests during the oral hearings regarding the preliminary objections in the arbitration case.

2 2. To the staff of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, to ensure reimbursement of the expenses related to the business trip. 3. To ensure the submission of the reports stipulated by the legislation to the staff of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia within three working days after returning from the business trip."
