Al Arabiya. Turkish armed forces attacked the village of Suluk

The Turkish army struck the village of Suluk in the north of Syria. This was reported by Al Arabiya TV channel. According to its information, the southern regions of the village were bombed. The channel does not provide other information.

On January 5, the Turkish army destroyed 32 militants of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK, which is recognized as a terrorist organization by Ankara) in the north of Syria. The conflict between Turkey and the PKK has been ongoing since 1984.

Turkish authorities consider the PKK a threat to national security and regularly carry out attacks against its supporters in the country and operations in northern Syria and Iraq.
