The first plane carrying humanitarian aid from Egypt arrived in the capital of Syria. This is reported by Al-Watan newspaper.

According to its data, there are 15 tons of medicine on the plane, which was donated to the Syrians by the Egyptian Red Crescent Society.

At the end of November 2024, armed opposition groups launched a large-scale attack against the positions of the Syrian army.

On December 8 of the same year, they entered Damascus, Bashar al-Assad resigned from the position of the president of Syria and left the country.
