According to his statement, the operation "ended successfully and without complications".
"The prime minister has woken up from anesthesia and is in good condition and fully conscious," the text said.
After the surgery, Netanyahu was moved to the hospital's underground secure unit, where he will spend the next few days under medical supervision until he fully recovers, the report said.
