The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh has officially appealed to the Foreign Ministry of India, asking to facilitate the return of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who is accused of genocide, crimes against humanity and mass disappearances.

Tuhid Hossain, head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Interim Government of Bangladesh, informed the journalists about this.
