At its meeting today, December 19, the government made a decision by which the property located at 3, 2nd street, 6th cul-de-sac, Gndevaz village, Jermuk municipality, is assigned to the Ministry of Defense as state property for the purpose of using it for the needs of the armed forces.
In the justification, it is mentioned that "Gund" SP company applied to the Ministry of Defense, expressing readiness to donate the property located in Gndevaz village of Jermuk community.
According to the information provided by the cadastre, there is a discrepancy between the data in the cadastral file of the said unit and the electronic map of the plot's linear dimensions and surface area, in particular, according to the state registration certificate of rights to real estate, it is 9.5 ha, while according to the data of the cadastral map, the plot the area is 7.66211 ha (actual measurement is smaller, about 7.6 ha, which corresponds to the walled to the demarcated area).
As a result of the preliminary measurements, it was found that there are a number of inconsistencies in terms of buildings, in particular, the codes of the buildings mentioned in the certificate do not correspond to the codes mentioned in the electronic map (judging by the surfaces of the buildings), some buildings reflected in the electronic map do not actually exist, and they are actually present. buildings that are not reflected in the electronic map.
The owner of the property has verbally refused to carry out works of determining the borders of the plot of land and re-registration of buildings with his own means, therefore, due to the urgency of accepting the property, there is a need to accept the property by the Ministry of Defense, carry out the specified corrections and subject it to state registration based on the actual measurement data.
