Andranik Mihranyan, a political scientist who arrived in Yerevan to visit his parents' graves, was told at Zvartnots airport that his entry to Armenia is prohibited, the Union of Armenians of Russia reports.

Mihranyan worked in the Presidential Council of the Russian Federation for about 10 years, was one of the most influential foreign policy advisors in the Kremlin, and is generally one of the most understandable Armenian analysts by the political elite in Russia.
