The "Past" daily writes that in the conditions of the opposition's boycott and the one-party state of the CP, a project was discussed in the National Assembly, according to which only those citizens who were in the territory of the Republic of Armenia during the half year preceding the voting can participate in the elections.
The periodical evaluates this as a limitation of constitutional rights and raises the question of the possible deprivation of the right to vote of citizens abroad for the purpose of work, study or treatment.
