At least 107 people, mostly women, have been killed in a stampede at a religious gathering in northern India, the Hindustan Times reported. According to the BBC, the incident took place during a satsang (conversation with a guru) in the Hatras district of Hatras in the central state of Uttar Pradesh. The exact causes of the incident are being investigated.
