The combined company of Wildberries and Russ is introducing a QR code return mechanism that will allow Wildberries users to return products from anywhere.

Customers will now be able to return products using QR codes. This change made by the company also applies to Armenia.

As a reminder, returns could only be made at the point of delivery where you received the order from.

The QR code generator will gradually roll out to customers and will soon be available to all users.
