We may be dealing with foreign instructors. The Prime Minister of Georgia made a statement

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has announced that he has appointed new ministers after the parliament expressed confidence in the new composition of the government, TASS reports.

"I inform you that yesterday I appointed 12 ministers to positions, thereby completing the formation of the new government based on the results of the parliamentary elections held on October 26," Kobakhidze said at the briefing.

He noted that the President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, will have to leave the seat, despite her refusal to step down after the end of her mandate. Kobakhidze also referred to foreigners among those arrested during the protests.

"Maybe we are dealing with foreign instructors."
