The Prime Minister of Ukraine reported that 73 percent of the country's thermal power plants were destroyed or damaged as a result of Russian airstrikes. According to Denis Schmihal, now only 27 percent of the stations are operational. Pashtonyan added that the Cabinet of Ministers is working to restore the infrastructure so that problems do not arise in the winter. The government also plans to remove import duties and value added tax on energy generation and storage products.
