During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings initiated in the Aragatsotn Regional Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia on the case of soil degradation, apparent factual data was obtained that the company had illegally extracted 7853.7 cubic meters of mountain mass by November 4, 2022, causing damage to the state in the amount of 6 million 640 thousand 890 AMD. This is reported by the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
“During the preliminary investigation, the damage caused to the state has been restored,” the statement says.
