Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has instructed the National Security and Defense Council to increase the intensity of long-range strikes against Russia, aiming to use 1,000 drones per day.
According to Zelensky, Ukraine currently carries out an average of more than 300 long-range strikes per day, but this figure should be significantly increased.
He noted that the main topic of the council meeting was protecting Ukraine from Russian strikes, as well as increasing the frequency of its own strikes in the direction of Russia.
Zelensky stated that, in his assessment, Russia has chosen a “tactic of strengthening terrorism” and emphasized that Ukraine must be able to counter Russian strikes on a larger scale.
