On August 1, an argument and a fight took place in Armavir region. At around 19:05, the Armavir department of the Community Police Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia received operational information that a group of young people had beaten a citizen on Baghramyan Street in Armavir city.
\As reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the operational group of the Armavir police department headed by a senior community police officer left for the scene.
According to G. Shamshyan, the police officers on the spot found out that on the same day, at around 18:50, in the yard of building No. 18 on Baghramyan Street, 14-year-old A. G., 13-year-old G. Gh., 13-year-old A. S. and 12-year-old S. P. argued with 13-year-old N. M., a resident of Armavir region, during which they inflicted numerous blows on different parts of the latter's body, causing bodily injuries.
Documents were drawn up at the Armavir police department on the facts of the incident, which were transferred to the Armavir Regional Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
