On August 10, the woman who alerted the 112 operational control center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that she witnessed a young man stabbing a dog.
The officers of the Shengavit Division of the Community Police, who went to the alarm, found out that on August 10, around 21:00, in the park on Shirak street, the young man stabbed one of the dogs in the area.
As a result of operative-investigative measures undertaken by the police, his identity was revealed. The 29-year-old resident of Yerevan was found, arrested and transferred to the Shengavit department of the Community Police, then presented to the preliminary investigation body with the prepared documents.
