On August 3, a case of hooliganism took place in Armavir marz. According to shamshyan.com, operative information was received that day that on August 1, at around 21:00, on Sos Manukyan Street in Etchmiadzin, 18-year-old Arthur G., a resident of Armavir region, had an argument with brothers, 23-year-old Arman P., 23-year-old Avetis P. and their father, 57-year-old Ashot P., residents of Armavir region. with, during which the latter dragged and hit Arthur G., causing physical pain.
According to operational information, Arthur G. and his friends took different types of cold weapons, on August 3, at around 22:15, they gathered on Sos Manukyan street in Etchmiadzin and prepared to take them by surprise, showing open disrespect for society, and use the different types of cold weapons they took with them against the brothers in order to take revenge.
On August 3, around 10:20 p.m., Arthur G., 18-year-old Aghvan S., 17-year-old H., residents of Armavir marz, were arrested and transferred to the Vagharshapat Police Department on suspicion of hooliganism preparation and illegal carrying of cold weapons from Sos Manukyan street in Etchmiadzin city. T., 18-year-old Seryozha S., 17-year-old L. H., 17-year-old N. H. and several other persons, and a day later Avetis P. and Arman P. were also taken to the police.
Officers of the Vagharshapat police department found out that 17-year-old L. On the day of the incident, H. and 48-year-old Ashot Kh. threw the cold weapons they had in Sos Manukyan street in Etchmiadzin city after seeing the police, and upon inspection of the scene, 1 stun gun and 1 knife with a secret lock were found there.
Documents were drawn up in the Vagharshapat department of the police regarding the incident, which were transferred to the Vagharshapat investigative department of the Armavir Marz Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
