On August 8, at 6:20 p.m., the Ministry of Internal Affairs 112 operational control center was alerted that a fire broke out on the eighth floor of one of the buildings on Sayat-Nova Avenue in Yerevan.
Four combat units from the fire-rescue squads of the Yerevan City Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, one ladder truck, the duty groups of the Department of Fire Fighting and Rescue Operations and the Department of Psychological Support and Medical Support went to the scene.
According to preliminary data, the fire broke out in the apartment, the fire-rescuers evacuated 5 residents from the building.
The fire was isolated at 19:19 and extinguished at 19:36.
