The vice-chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, noted that the West will turn away from Armenia as soon as it stops being of interest to them as a "tool against Russia". According to him, the United States and the European Union are not concerned about the well-being of the country's residents.
"The European Union and the USA are absolutely not interested in the well-being of the country's citizens. As soon as Armenia stops being of interest to them as a tool against Russia, the Western wings will immediately abandon all their promises as if they never existed," Medvedev said.
According to the vice-chairman of the Council of the Russian Federation, the EU and the USA will abandon Armenia if the country continues its political line of reunification with the West.
