According to the investigation, Parkosadze acted as a criminal "arbitrator". he settled financial disputes with the so-called "theft laws" and collected money from debtors for remuneration.
In one of the episodes, he demanded the businessman to regularly pay him a significant part of the income, which, according to the investigation, was planned to be distributed among "thieves in law" outside Georgia.
The investigation lasted several months, using secret investigative measures. However, shortly before the large-scale police operation, Parkosadze, born in Chiatura, managed to rob.
On April 7, 2026, the Georgian police carried out mass arrests, during which 44 people were arrested. At that time, Parkosadze and five other suspected criminals were arrested remotely and declared wanted.
Parkosadze is being investigated under Article 223¹ of the Criminal Code of Georgia ("belonging to the world of thieves"). If found guilty, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
