The RA Investigative Committee informs that a public criminal prosecution has been initiated against 5 persons in the case of Avet Konjoryan's beating under Article 195, Part 2, Clause 5 of the Criminal Code (physical intervention committed by a group of persons).
2 of them were restrained by an absence ban and bail. To remind, in connection with the beating of Avet Konjoryan, the brother of "Civil Agreement" faction deputy Hayk Konjoryan, criminal proceedings were initiated in the Kotayk Marz Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee with the characteristics of physical interference and hooliganism by a group of people. On July 25, around 14:00, a report about the incident was received by the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
