Today, on July 26, a mysterious death occurred in Yerevan.
Around 4:30 p.m., the Central Department of the Main Department of Community Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia received operational information that the resident of an apartment in one of the buildings on Tumanyan Street has not been answering the door or phone calls for a long time.
As reportedphotojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the officers of the Central Police Department arrived at the mentioned address, led by the Acting Head of the Department Vazgen Tadevosyan.
On the call of the community police, 1 combat unit from Yerevan fire-rescue squad No. 8 of the rescue service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs arrived, and the duty group of Yerevan 103 emergency doctors also arrived. The rescuers, opening the door of the house, found the body of a young boy hanging in the bathroom.
The information about the incident was transferred from the Central Police Department to the 3rd Investigative Department of the Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of the RA Investigative Committee of the Yerevan City Investigation Department, from where the investigative team headed by the on-duty investigator arrived.
According to the facts of the case, a criminal proceeding was initiated in the investigative department, where the identity of the deceased is revealed.
