Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a number of laws that tighten the requirements for migrants and their families.
According to one of the new laws, migrants are obliged to support themselves and their family members, not less than the minimum subsistence level established in the region of residence.
The President of the Russian Federation also signed a law according to which the children of migrant workers must either leave the territory of Russia after turning 18 or obtain a work permit (patent) within 30 days.
