Islamabad is ready to host talks between Washington and Tehran if they agree, Pakistan's foreign ministry spokesman Tahir Hussain Andrabi told CNN. "If both sides agree, Pakistan is always ready to negotiate," he said.
US President Donald Trump previously announced that the US and Iran have held constructive talks over the past two days to end hostilities in the Middle East.
However, the spokesman of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Esmail Baghai, told the IRNA news agency that Tehran did not conduct any negotiations with Washington, but expressed its position to the mediators.
