"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"Although the powers of Hripsime Hunanyan from the position of chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Healthcare have been officially terminated, they do not have a new candidate for the chairman of the committee in the CP.
They are looking for whom to nominate so that it is perceived correctly. The point is that they cannot appoint a deputy, because the committee does not have a deputy chairman, who, according to the NA regulations, would fulfill the powers of the chairman for several months. Lusine Badalyan, the former deputy chairman of the commission, resigned from the position after the departure of chairman Narek Zeynalyan.
Now, although Zeynalyan has been appointed to a new position, director of the MC, Badalyan's frustration with his close team has passed, but internally they believe that his candidacy will not be perceived very correctly, because he even refused the status of deputy several months ago. There is no other suitable candidate in the commission.
Let's remind that when choosing Hripsime Hunanyan, the team made a choice between him and Zaruhi Batoyan, there were only 8 parties in favor of the latter, that is, they cannot return to his candidacy.
