The fourth meeting of the organizing committee was held under the leadership of the head of the Prime Minister's staff, the chairman of the governmental organizing committee for the organization and holding of the second All-Armenian Winter Games Araik Harutyunyan.
First, summary information was presented on the works performed on the basis of the decisions and recommendations made during the previous sessions.
Next, the participants of the session discussed the issues of the winter games agenda, which related to the changes in the composition of the organizing committee, the approval of the symbol of the games, the provision of the necessary infrastructure in the places where the games are held, etc.
As part of the agenda, the deputy head of the Sports Policy Department of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Davit Baghumyan, was chosen as the chief referee of the games by the decision of the members of the organizing committee.
The members of the meeting exchanged ideas on other preparatory issues.
Araik Harutyunyan instructed the officials to carry out the organizational work of the second All-Armenian Winter Games according to the established schedule, to present the possibilities and steps for their solution in the case of current problems, which will be discussed during the next session.
