Singer Larisa Dolina agreed to voluntarily leave her sold apartment in Khamovniki. The lawyer of the artist, Maria Pukhova, informed TASS about this.
"Larisa Alexandrovna will voluntarily leave that apartment," he said.
However, Pukhova could not say when the singer will leave the apartment.
On December 25, the Moscow City Court reviewed Polina Lurie's application to evict singer Larisa Dolina. The court decided that the artist and her relatives should leave. The judge's decision came into force immediately.
Dolina refused to leave the apartment sold for 112 million rubles for more than a year. The buyer, Polina Lurie, was left homeless and penniless with her two minor children, and the singer claimed that she was defrauded. All previous court decisions were in favor of the star, but on December 16, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the buyer.
