The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, called the grain harvest in the country a record, noting that 2025 was a difficult year for agriculture, reports BelTA.
"True Slavs. When the going gets tough, we're ready to die, but we'll do the best we can. This year was incredibly difficult for agriculture. I don't remember such cruel years," he said.
However, according to Lukashenko, the republic will have a record grain harvest in 2025.
"We have almost 11 million tons. It is a great achievement: one ton of grain per capita. We have more than a ton. And significantly more.
This is a good harvest. I say, they put pressure on us, and we did a good deed," said the leader of Belarus.
