The solution is the search for dialogue in order to develop ways to solve the existing problems between the countries," the portal writes.
The New York Times previously reported that the White House is considering three military options for Venezuela, including airstrikes, sending in special forces or counter-terrorism forces.
The "Washington Post" claimed that the United States is deploying a group of troops in the Caribbean, which, according to preliminary data, may amount to about 16,000 soldiers.
