He assured that there is no country in the world without fraud in its banking system. "The Central Bureau of Investigation regularly takes measures in this direction. Our goal is to reduce the number of these cases to a minimum and then be able to provide institutional solutions", Galstyan said.
He said that today they showed him a paper on which his deputy's signature was forged. "Of course, he does not have such a signature, but they put a stamp of some social security fund on that paper so that they could do some forgery. I am saying this so that our citizens always follow the rules of safety and hygiene. If they receive a call from a financial institution, they should be suspicious, do not immediately trust them, disconnect the call, call back.
In other words, they should definitely take some steps to make sure that they are talking to the person they wanted to talk to," the CB president emphasized.
