The European Youth and Under-23 Weightlifting Championship is taking place in the city of Durres, Albania.
Grigor Ghazaryan from Armenia lifted 150 kg in the snatch exercise in the competition of 94 kg weightlifters. He is 5th in this exercise. Ghazaryan performed unsuccessfully in the push-up exercise.
Another representative of Armenia, Valerik Movsisyan, lifted 155 kg and took the 4th place in this exercise, and lifted 185 kg in the push-up exercise. Valerik Movsisyan is the 5th in Europe with the result of 340 kg.
