As we reported earlier, on October 10, MP of the National Assembly "Armenia" faction Agnesa Khamoyan informed that the side mirrors of her car were stolen again.
The Internal Affairs Police reported on October 30 that the first reports of car thefts were received at the Avan Community Police Department on October 10. Side mirrors of Lexus and Chevrolet cars parked on Tsarav Aghbyuri Street of the capital were stolen.
While the community police took operational and investigative measures aimed at revealing the cases, on October 15 and 20, new reports were received about similar thefts from the same place.
In the framework of the criminal proceedings initiated in the investigation department of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts, the measures continued and reached a positive result on October 29.
A 33-year-old man, a resident of Avan-Arinj, was found in his house and arrested on suspicion of committing the aforementioned thefts.
On the same day, during the investigative experiment, he presented a part of the theft from the adjacent areas of Tsarav Aghbyuri Street.
According to the court's decision, house arrest was imposed on the 33-year-old man.
Measures are being taken to find the other part of the theft. The investigation is ongoing.
